The U.S. Department of State released the June Visa Bulletin providing the latest information on visa statuses.
The Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 priority dates remain retrogressed one year to June 1, 2022. Candidates with a priority date of June 1, 2022, or earlier can proceed with a visa appointment. There may be additional retrogressions until October 1, 2023. However, at that point, dates are expected to move forward. The final action date for China remains April 1, 2019, and India’s remains June 15, 2012.
Each month the visa bulletin is issued, showing which green card applications can move forward based on the date their petition was filed.
