Hours-Based Program

MedProU® Orientation for Certified Nursing Assistants
Before deploying to your U.S. assignment, we will fly you from your home country to our corporate office to attend MedProU® Orientation. Our office is located in Sunrise, Florida, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. During Orientation, you will train with other foreign-educated clinicians and will get to meet the MedPro International U.S. team members you worked with overseas. MedPro International will provide modern housing and daily transportation to and from the MedPro office, and anywhere else you are required to go.
Our proprietary education program, MedProU®, prepares you for life and work in the U.S., including training for success with your certification course to become a certified nursing assistant. If you passed your nursing licensure exam in the country where you attended nursing school, MedPro International will evaluate your candidacy to be enrolled in our NCLEX-RN training program after you complete six months working as a certified nursing assistant in the U.S. MedProU® consists of a team of expert educators delivering training through live instruction, web-assisted training, and home-based learning.
As a MedPro International Certified Nursing Assistant you will be automatically enrolled in MedProU®. MedPro International funds all the costs associated with MedProU®. *

We’ll Prepare You for Success in the U.S.
Comprehensive Clinical Training
While in Sunrise, Florida you will practice in our state-of-the-art skills lab where we will facilitate trainings to assist in your adaptation to U.S. practices. You will attend courses led by MedProU®’s in-house instructors to secure the certifications necessary to practice in the U.S., including Basic Life Support (BLS).
Certification & Professional Exam Preparation
While overseas, we’ll provide training needed to become a certified nursing assistant (CNA). In addition, if you’ve passed the nursing licensure exam in the country where you earned your nursing degree, MedPro International may consider you for our NCLEX-RN training program after you complete six months of CNA experience in the U.S.
Cultural and Social Assimilation
During Orientation in our Sunrise, Florida office our team of U.S. Assimilation Instructors will provide training on numerous topics to help you transition to U.S. life. That includes subjects such as: finances and budgeting, U.S. cultural differences, practical life skills, selecting and negotiating terms for housing, and childcare considerations.
