We celebrate your achievements and milestones as well as common holidays through unique gifts and personalized experiences. We provide ongoing customer service training to our corporate staff to ensure you are treated with the highest levels of care throughout your MedPro journey.
We regularly survey your satisfaction, so we know how we are doing and what we need to do to improve. The concept is simple. We take care of you so you can take care of your patients.
A MedPro Explorer’s Journey in the U.S.
My Story
As a MedPro Explorer, you can participate in My Story, a program that allows you to earn extra money while documenting your U.S. journey. You can participate in My Story during MedProU® Orientation and throughout your employment with MedPro.
Every month, you can submit unlimited photographs or video clips of your life in the U.S. For every file you submit, you get one entry, and each month we award two explorers with $500 prizes each.
Each Ultimate Explorer Raffle randomly selects two $500 winners!

- Getting your U.S. driver’s license
