Good news, Explorers. The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for October 2024, providing the latest information on visa statuses. This month’s bulletin advances final action dates, keeping Explorers on track to achieve their U.S. healthcare career goals.
The Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 final action dates were moved up approximately two years to November 15, 2022. Candidates with a priority date of November 15, 2022, or earlier can proceed with their visa appointment. The final action date for China retrogressed to April 1, 2020, while India advanced by a week to November 1, 2012.
