Searcy, Arkansas

St. Louis, Missouri

Known as the “Gateway to the West,” St. Louis has a diverse population, low cost of living, and a welcoming atmosphere, providing a perfect balance of opportunity and quality of life. Charming, walkable neighborhoods like Shaw, Soulard, and Webster Groves showcase the city’s historic character, while reliable public transit, access to St. Louis Lambert International Airport, and a strong network of public and magnet schools make day-to-day life convenient and connected. The Explorer’s picture was posted with a write-up on her contributions to the unit.“Knowing my care made a difference for both the patients and their families is priceless and rewarding,” said Dana.

 

 

Maryland (Multiple Cities)

Maryland offers Explorers the perfect blend of professional opportunity, cultural diversity, and coastal charm. In historic Annapolis, the “Sailing Capital of the US,” you’ll find postcard-worthy views along the Chesapeake Bay, access to world-class healthcare systems like Johns Hopkins Medicine and the University of Maryland Medical System, and plenty of businesses catering to your needs, such as Kent Island Filipino and Asian Food.

Tennessee (Jackson and Memphis)

New Haven, Connecticut

Welcome to “Elm City,” the second-largest city in Connecticut. This picturesque New England college town is full of libraries, museums, art galleries, cafes, and bookstores. Ranked in Livability.com’s Top 100 Best Places to Live in the US, New Haven is more affordable than larger East Coast cities, such as Boston and New York, but close enough to visit and enjoy all their big-city amenities. Check out Yale University, the third-oldest institution of higher education in the US, and the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History, one of the oldest and largest university natural history museums in the states. Little Italy, located in Wooster Square, is known for its authentic Italian cuisine. Frank Pepe Pizzeria, open since 1925, is credited as the first to sell coal-fired pizza by the slice. And don’t forget, Boston, New York, and Philadelphia are just a short Amtrak ride away.
