June 2026 Visa Bulletin Update: Continued Stability in EB-3 Categories

The U.S. Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for June 2026.

Following the significant movement seen earlier this spring, June brings continued stability across the EB-3 categories. While there was no additional forward movement this month for EB-3 or EB-3 Other Workers, Final Action Dates remain current for many healthcare professionals already moving through the immigration process.

This continued stability allows many candidates to keep progressing through important next steps such as visa processing, interview preparation, and deployment planning.

As of June 2026, the Final Action Dates for EB-3 visas are:

  • All Chargeability Areas (except listed) EB-3: June 1, 2024
  • Philippines EB-3: August 1, 2023
  • India EB-3: December 15, 2013
  • China EB-3: August 1, 2021

In the EB-3 Other Workers category, Final Action Dates are:

  • All Chargeability Areas (except listed): February 1, 2022
  • Philippines: November 1, 2021
  • India: December 15, 2013
  • China: April 1, 2019

Although there was no additional advancement this month, maintaining these dates is still encouraging for many qualified healthcare professionals currently in the pipeline. Consistency in the Visa Bulletin helps provide greater predictability for candidates preparing for the next phases of their journey.

It is also important to remember that visa demand continues to be closely monitored by the Department of State. As demand shifts throughout the fiscal year, future movement or adjustments may occur.

Current working Explorers may refer back to the Adjustment of Status Filing Dates to know when adjusting the status of your application is available for Family-Sponsored or Employment-Based Preference Visas.
