Clint Taburnal, a Staff Medical-Surgical RN in Searcy, Arkansas, is pursuing his Ph.D. in Nursing from The Philippine Women’s University. Originally from the Philippines, Clint will celebrate his first anniversary with MedPro in March. He is passionate about patient care and inspiring others to pursue their dreams.
Danna Alcudia
Danna Alcudia was honored as “Employee of the Month” in her ICU unit at a hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She was recognized for her exceptional dedication and care for heart patients, and her attentiveness, quick interventions, and proactive communication. Humble about the recognition, Danna expressed surprise and gratitude for the honor, calling the experience unexpected but deeply rewarding.
Glenda Maglupay
Glenda Maglupay, a Daisy Award nominee, recently expressed her deep gratitude for the support and guidance she received throughout her 3-year contract at a healthcare facility in Kentucky. She is a member of the facility’s International Nurse Well-Being Council, fostering a strong multicultural work environment. “I feel so accomplished. I am forever grateful to work here in the United States.”
Dave Merza
Honored, overwhelmed, and grateful were just some of the words Dave Merza used to describe when his CNO and Leadership Team announced he had won the Daisy Award, the most prestigious award in nursing. His feat, a goal that began as a boy in the Philippines, was earned within his first year as a registered nurse in the United States. “I imagined being a nurse, coming to the US, and winning a DAISY,” said Dave. “Dreams do come true!”
Kathleen Panganiban
Her journey began when she saw images of other MedPro Explorers sharing their success stories on social media. Inspired and determined, Kathleen embarked on her path, and now her story is a testament to what can be achieved with dedication and support. “I used to tell myself, ‘Someday I will be like them,’ and now I’m one of them.” Kathleen works as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in Transfusion Medicine at one of the top facilities in the country in Miami.
Roy Indangan
He is affectionately known by his Employee Relations Manager as MedPro International’s “Best Welcome Guide,” and his fellow Explorers wholeheartedly agree. Roy Indangan, a registered nurse, has been working in the US for just over a year. In that short time, he has not only found a home for himself but also played a pivotal role in helping his fellow Explorers adjust to a new country, job, and culture.
