Sandy Hook Lighthouse Constructed in 1764, it’s the oldest operational lighthouse in the United States. Initially 500 meters from the tip of Sandy Hook, the lighthouse is now almost 1.5 miles inland from the original location. This shift is attributed to the natural process of littoral drift, the movement of sand due to currents.
Princeton Walk the campus of the fourth-oldest college in the US. Alumni include Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, former First Lady Michelle Obama, and President Woodrow Wilson.
