The U.S. Department of State has released the November 2026 Visa Bulletin, bringing forward movement across several employment-based visa categories.
Following the adjustments made at the beginning of fiscal year 2027, November shows advancement in EB-3 Final Action Dates for All Chargeability Areas, China, and India. The Philippines EB-3 category remains unchanged.
While these developments represent progress for certain applicants, movement continues to vary by country and visa category.
November 2026 EB-3 Final Action Dates
The EB-3 Final Action Dates for November are:
- All Chargeability Areas, except those listed: June 15, 2024
- Philippines: August 15, 2023
- India: January 22, 2014
- China: January 22, 2022
Compared to October: All Chargeability Areas advanced one month, China advanced two weeks, India advanced three weeks, and the Philippines remained unchanged.
Although there is no additional movement for the Philippines this month, eligible applicants can continue progressing through the appropriate stages of their immigration process.
November 2026 EB-3 Other Workers Final Action Dates
The Final Action Dates for the EB-3 Other Workers category are:
- All Chargeability Areas, except those listed: June 1, 2022
- Philippines: January 1, 2022
- India: January 22, 2014
- China: October 1, 2019
November brings more significant movement for All Chargeability Areas in the Other Workers category: India advanced five months, while the Philippines and China Other Workers categories remain unchanged.
These changes may allow additional applicants whose priority dates fall within the updated Final Action Dates to become eligible for further processing, provided all other requirements are met.
What This Means for Explorers
The November Visa Bulletin reflects gradual progress in several employment-based categories, but it is important to remember that every Explorer’s immigration timeline is different.
A Final Action Date indicates when an immigrant visa number may become available to an eligible applicant. If your priority date is earlier than the applicable Final Action Date, your case may be eligible to proceed, depending on its specific circumstances and processing requirements.
For Explorers whose priority dates have not yet become current, no immediate action is required due to this month’s bulletin.
Individual U.S. Embassies remain responsible for scheduling immigrant visa interviews. MedPro International does not control embassy appointment availability or interview scheduling. Once your case is eligible and an interview is scheduled, our team will provide guidance to help you prepare.
Adjustment of Status Filing for November 2026
Current working Explorers who are eligible to pursue adjustment of status in the United States should also review the USCIS Adjustment of Status Filing Charts.
For November 2026, USCIS is using Chart B, the Dates for Filing chart, to determine which employment-based applicants may be eligible to submit an adjustment of status application.
This means eligible applicants may be able to file based on the Dates for Filing chart, even if their priority date is not yet current under the Final Action Dates chart.
