MedPro International Explorer Tiffany Ndirangu has always been drawn to a career in healthcare. Since childhood, she was captivated by science and biology, mesmerized by how a microscope unveiled a hidden world teeming with life. She’s also passionate about making a difference—helping others, engaging with people, and offering encouragement. “I love my job. I don’t think there’s any other way I can explain it, I just love what I do.” As a dedicated medical laboratory technologist in Nairobi, Kenya, Tiffany has spent years uncovering the mysteries of the microscopic world. Now, with MedPro International’s help, she’s setting her sights on new opportunities in U.S. healthcare.

Recently, Tiffany reached a major milestone—scoring a perfect 90 on the Pearson Test of English (PTE)! Tiffany was already a good student, but she credits MedPro’s English preparation program and instructor Victoria Navarrete for refining her skills. “Victoria built up my confidence, which made all the difference.” The personalized lessons helped pinpoint Tiffany’s weaknesses and improve her speaking. However, achieving a perfect score took a lot of hard work. “She completed all her courses, attended seven group and private classes, and gave her best effort every time,” said her instructor, Victoria. “Tiffany is a superstar!”
Many of Tiffany’s friends are on the same journey to achieve a U.S. healthcare career, and she’s excited to share her story to inspire fellow Explorers.
“I’m up for anything that will boost my fellow Explorer’s morale,” Tiffany said.
As the first in her family to pursue a career in healthcare, Tiffany sees the U.S. as a land of opportunity—one where she can advance her education and work toward a master’s or even a PhD. But this driven MedTech knows how to balance ambition with adventure. When asked where she’d like to visit once she arrives in the U.S., she didn’t hesitate—California’s beaches are calling her name.
Congratulations, Tiffany! Your journey is nothing short of inspiring.
