The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for September 2024, the final visa bulletin of the year providing the latest information on visa statuses. While this month’s bulletin indicates a temporary setback in final action dates, the start of the new fiscal year in October brings renewed hope for progress.
Until then, the Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 final action dates are now December 1, 2020. Only candidates with a priority date of December 1, 2020, or earlier can proceed with their visa appointment. The final action date for China remains September 1, 2020, while India moves up a month to October 22, 2012.
