The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for August 2024, providing the latest information on visa statuses.
The Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 final action dates remain December 1, 2021. Only candidates with a priority date of December 1, 2021, or earlier can proceed with their visa appointment. The final action date for China remains September 1, 2020, while India moves up a month to October 22, 2012.

However, we do not expect any priority date advancements until the new fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024. The American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment is urging immediate congressional action on legislation (Healthcare Workforce Resilience Act) to open up more visas for foreign-educated healthcare professionals.
