The final action dates for the Philippines and Worldwide EB-3 categories stay unchanged at November 15, 2022. Candidates with a priority date of November 15, 2022, or earlier are cleared to move forward with their visa appointments. For China, the final action date holds steady at April 1, 2020, while India’s moves to November 8, 2012.
