The U.S. Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for May 2026.
While April brought significant advancement, May shows that EB-3 priority dates remain unchanged but the EB-3 Other Workers category advanced 3 months for All Changeability Areas.
For EB-3, Final Action Dates largely remain steady, allowing many candidates who became eligible in April to continue moving forward in the process.
As of May 2026, the Final Action Dates for EB-3 visas are:
- All Chargeability Areas (except listed) EB-3: June 1, 2024
- Philippines EB-3: August 1, 2023
- India EB-3: November 15, 2013
- China EB-3: June 15, 2021
In the EB-3 Other Workers category, Final Action Dates are:
- All Chargeability Area (except listed) EB-3: February 1, 2022
- Philippines EB-3: November 1, 2021
- India EB-3: November 15, 2013
- China EB-3: February 1, 2019
