The U.S. Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for April 2026, bringing exciting news and continued forward momentum in employment-based visas.

This month marks a significant advancement in EB-3 priority dates. The Final Action Date for All Chargeability Areas has moved forward to June 1, 2024, while the Philippines stands at August 1, 2023, keeping many candidates eligible to move forward.

This is more than just movement in dates. It represents a real opportunity. With this advancement, we are now able to deploy more qualified healthcare professionals, helping them achieve their American dream while making a meaningful impact in U.S. healthcare system.

As of April 2026, the Final Action Dates for EB-3 visas are:

  • All Chargeability Areas (except listed) EB-3: June 1, 2024
  • Philippines EB-3: August 1, 2023
  • India EB-3: November 15, 2013
  • China EB-3: June 15, 2021
