MedPro International Welcomes Mark Tamayo for Annual Explorer Visit

MedPro International recently welcomed Mark Tamayo, President of Perpetual Help Placement Services International, Inc., as part of the organization’s annual compliance with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). The visit included time on the ground in Missouri and Florida, reinforcing oversight, aligning partnerships, and fostering direct engagement with our Explorers.

These in-person touchpoints ensure continued alignment with the highest ethical standards, confirm that contractual commitments are being upheld, and validate that current assignments are progressing as planned. Just as important, they create space for open dialogue, allowing Explorers to share feedback, ask questions, and voice opportunities for improvement.

During the Florida visit, Mark Tamayo met with MedPro’s newest MedTech class to address questions related to program processes, preparation, expectations, and next steps in their U.S. journey. The discussion provided valuable insight into the Explorer experience and identified opportunities to enhance program support further.

Also present was Jennifer Rogenski, Senior Director of International Operations at MedPro International, who provided clarity on MedProU training, compliance requirements, and ongoing support systems. Together, the team ensured every question was addressed thoroughly, leaving Explorers confident, informed, and supported.

“Our partnership with Perpetual Help Placement Services International, Inc. is built on transparency, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing this the right way. These visits give us real-time feedback directly from our Explorers so we can continuously refine the program, strengthen support systems, and uphold the highest ethical standards in recruitment. When we stay close to the experience on the ground, we protect our professionals, elevate outcomes, and reinforce trust across every stakeholder in the process.”

These engagements enable the Philippine government to remain closely connected to its healthcare professionals abroad while reinforcing MedPro International’s continued commitment to ethical recruitment, compliance excellence, and long-term career success for every Explorer.

MedPro International leads the industry in recruiting, preparing, and placing foreign-educated healthcare professionals, supporting more international clinicians in entering the U.S. healthcare workforce than any other U.S. company.
