MedPro International Explorer Clint Taburnal took a moment to thank nurse leaders at an Arkansas facility for sharing their expertise as he works toward his Ph.D. Clint, on his first assignment as a Staff Medical Surgical RN in Searcy, Arkansas, thanked Chief Nursing Officer Karen Labonte, Assistant Vice President of Medical Services Michelle Davis, and Director of Emergency Services Crystal Rose for their guidance and expertise. “I appreciate their support. Medpro has a great partnership with the facility, which in turn has greatly benefited my studies and progress.” Clint interviewed with the team of nurse leaders as part of his requirements for his Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from The Philippine Women’s University based in the Philippines.
Inspiring Others
Originally from the Philippines, Clint is on his first assignment and will celebrate his one-year anniversary with MedPro in March. Clint loves making a difference in his patients’ lives. He also loves sharing his nursing experience with his co-workers and his previous students to inspire them to “work with heart and to encourage them to strive in their studies to reach their U.S. dreams as well.”
