As an immigrant herself, she deeply relates to their experiences, making her role as an ERM both personally meaningful and professionally fulfilling. Outside of the office, she enjoys working out. She’s an Orangetheory girl. She has a passion for makeup, too.
🌟 Fun Fact: Gabriela is obsessed with skincare. She is the sunscreen queen. And she has a beautiful black mini schnauzer named Rodrigo.

Charity loves being part of the Explorers’ journey as they pursue and achieve their American dream. She finds it rewarding to support and celebrate their successes every step of the way. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two children. They love going to indoor and outdoor playgrounds, museums and parks, the beach, and watching movies.
🌟 Fun Fact: Charity loves ketchup. She puts it on everything (don’t judge until you’ve tried it on popcorn). She also collects owls; ceramic, wooden, and more.
