MedPro International’s Global Giving initiative brought free healthcare services to the community of Calamba, Laguna, at Ulango Elementary School—delivering compassionate care, vital health screenings, and a powerful reminder of what global collaboration can achieve.
In partnership with 1Life, this outreach event provided attendees with a full range of medical services, including:
- Doctor consultations
- Vital signs screenings
- Cardiac EKG tests
- X-rays
- Urine analyses
- Dental screenings and cleanings
- Basic laboratory services
- And more
From 8 AM to 1 PM, the school was transformed into a hub of healthcare and hope. Dedicated physicians saw over 160 patients, diagnosing a wide variety of ailments and running essential diagnostic tests. The on-site dentists treated 75 patients, offering cleanings and oral health assessments to those who often lack access to regular dental care.
“This outreach didn’t just touch the lives of the community—it touched our hearts as well,” said Grace Valenzuela, Manager of Operations and U.S. Recruitment for MedPro International. “It brings real joy to be able to help, even in small ways. I’m truly proud to be part of MedPro’s Global Giving.”
