September 2025 Visa Bulletin Released

The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for September 2025, offering the latest updates on visa statuses. Final action dates for most chargeability areas remain April 1, 2023, ensuring Explorers are still on track to reach their U.S. healthcare career aspirations.

The final action date for the Philippines remains February 8, 2023. Candidates with a priority date of February 8, 2023, or earlier may be scheduled by the embassy for a visa appointment.

Other regions also remained the same:

· India EB-3 is May 22, 2013

· China EB-3 is December 1, 2020

This is the final Visa Bulletin for the current fiscal year (October 1 – September 30). When the October bulletin is released, all priority date charts will reset based on the new annual visa allotments.

Addressing Staffing Concerns

Recently, MedPro International’s Executive Vice President of International Operations, Patty Jeffrey, joined Senate office meetings alongside the Healthcare Workforce Coalition and AAIHR to address the urgent, on-the-ground RN staffing challenges facing hospitals and long-term healthcare facilities across the country.

She expressed the need to expedite the legal pathway for qualified, foreign-trained RNs who are ready now to join hospital teams and deliver direct patient care.

If you are a qualified healthcare professional, who has not yet applied, we encourage you to start now. The MedPro team is here to guide you through every step of the process, from initial paperwork to working in a top U.S. healthcare facility.

If you are a MedPro Explorer with questions about your visa status, our Immigration Team is available to support you.
