Glenda, who’s just finished up her 3-year contract with MedPro at a healthcare facility in Kentucky, thanked her ERM Catherine Richman and the entire MedPro International team for their assistance.

Her remarkable qualities as an ERM have made all the difference in my experience.” Glenda cited Richman’s timely communication, patience and understanding, comprehensive assistance, advocacy and recognition, kindness and professionalism, and friendship and support. She said Catherine’s soothing voice, comforting words, and helpful advice helped her work through the challenges of coming to a new country and starting a career and made her feel valued.
